I'm surprised at the low ratings of this location as the customer service was good and the store was fairly clean. We got the Impossible Burger which was excellent. Nice and hot.
While the location can be difficult to get out of, I just took a left turn on Colonial and made a U-turn.
Anyway, I would go back to this location. -

They get it wrong more times than not. Too bad for a new location you would think they would make sure things are right. No mobile ordering here. Sad place of business.

This location is horrible. I've given them several tries, but it just gets worse and worse.
It used to just take a really long time in drive through. Like 15 minutes just to get your order in when there's only 2 cars ahead of you, and then it's another 15 to get the food.
Then the staff started getting really loud/sassy. You'd here them insulting customers and complaining about being busy at night.
Last night's experience for me though was just disgusting. I waited 5 minutes for the car ahead of me to order, they were the only car in drive through. They finally moved, but sped off and left, I guess they never got there order in. I pulled up to place my order, a girl answered and said I needed to wait a minute. umm, ok.
5 minutes later, no other cars in drive through, I still haven't spoken to her again. I start calling out "Hello? Anyone there?" nobody answers, so I drive back around. I get the same girl, the same "You need to wait a minute". I wait 5 minutes, another car pulls up in opposite lane, and I can hear them PLACING THEIR ORDER. I'm furious.
I pull back around, get the same girl and the same "Welcome to BK, can you wait a minute." I said "No, I've already waited 15 and you served the other car instead of me". The girl says "Whatever, you can order in a minute". At this point I leave very annoyed at this total lack of customer service.
I call the store and ask for a manager, and they HANG UP. I call again, and the same girl hangs up. I wait 5 minutes, call again, and she picks it up and hangs up without a word.
This location should be closed with staff and service like this. Save your money, 7-11 is better then this Burger King. -

By all means, I can't expect much from this place because it's a Burger King. But I waited ten minutes in line in the drive thru while three cars went ahead of me in the opposite lane. I went inside to address what had happen and no acknowledgement was made.
Again, we are talking about fast food so what can you expect. But this was sad. -

Slowest drive thru ever. Understaffed. After waiting 20 minutes at 830 in the morning- then we got the wrong food. I over paid and got very little. I am so upset. It made me late to an appointment as well. Horrible experience
